Ms. Kaci Miller is a co-founder and partner at Next Chapter Litigation LLP, established in 2025. She focuses her practice on Family Law, with a particular emphasis on divorce, prenuptial agreements, child custody, and asset division. Ms. Miller is known for her sharp litigation skills and compassionate client advocacy.

A graduate of Saint Louis University School of Law, Ms. Miller distinguished herself as both a leader and scholar. She served as Vice President and Secretary of the Black Law Students Association and was selected as a Faculty Fellow in Legal Analysis, Research, and Communication, where she deepened her expertise in legal writing and research.

Ms. Miller’s passion for litigation was shaped through her internships at the St. Louis Circuit Attorney’s Office and Evans & Dixon, LLC, and solidified during her time in the Family Law Division, where she had the privilege of being mentored by Judge Colbert-Botchway, who remains a guiding influence in her legal career.
